Grow School Greens
 Very simple, Easy to understand

Need more pictures, since it is for elementary age students pictures could help as a visual aid.

Where is My Hero?
Good colors to pull you in to the page.

Needs better directions, and more creative, also more choices of hero’s would be good.

Underground Railroad
Easy to understand, the activity is very educational.

The page is dull and doesn’t interest me to much; more creativity would pull the viewer in.

Ice Cream
Best layout of all the sites as soon as you see it, it interests you. Having to analyze and find information is smart.

I thought this site did not have any weaknesses

Ancient Egypt
Very educational lesson

A little too simple the activity is educational but needs some work.

Double entry journal 9

After reading the quote “It is traditional that schools would teach students to move as fast and efficiently as possible towards a goal, but games are different. They encourage players to sit back, explore and not move on too quickly, think laterally not linearly, and to re-evaluate one’s goals on occasion.” It surprised me and interested me very much. I also agree with this quote a lot. It is very true that schools traditionally teach students to move fast and efficiently as possible towards a goal. Sometimes schools go to fast and students don’t get a chance to learn properly. Video games allow you to explore sit back and understand things. Maybe schools should be more like video games!
